Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn boots and original tags back into the shoebox, then secure the box inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
